Bit of a slow start this morning. I snoozed a little bit too long and it took me forever to put on my running shoes and get out the door. Slacking off feels good in the moment, but it then sets off a chain reaction where it gets really hard to build momentum and get myself back up to speed. Thus, “You’re only as strong as your schedule” - Just a thought I came up with. Hope you find it helpful.
